Uncle Osaka Story: What started as a hobby to bake cakes for nephews, nieces, and my own kids, turn into the birth of a one-of-a-kind shop in the world. The kids used to call me Uncle Osaka due to my time abroad and that’s the name I decided to stick by. After spending a great part of my life in the stock exchange of Osaka, I finally decided to retire and return, bringing back memories of Japanese delicacies that I knew I would never find anywhere else. What started in 2018 took nearly two years to reach perfection.
